carolyn gramstorff
Carolyn Gramstorff is the founder of s3dx and an experienced education leader, strategist, and coach. She has served as an executive director and partnered with districts, schools, and nonprofit organizations to strengthen strategy, leadership, and instructional systems.
Her work integrates strategic planning, leadership development, and systems design—grounded in firsthand experience leading organizations through growth, complexity, and change.
Carolyn holds deep expertise in building coherent systems that connect mission, priorities, initiatives, and day-to-day practice. She is particularly drawn to work that strengthens leadership teams and builds sustainable infrastructure for instructional improvement.
